Pearl Wolf currently divides her time between New York City and Southampton, New York. Before she retired she was director of Retiree Programs for the United Federation of Teachers, a NYC Teacher Center Specialist on Staten Island, a Reading Coordinator in East Harlem, a school librarian, and an educator who has taught on every level from elementary school to colleges and universities.
The author of four books for children, she's also written numerous professional publications, including Random House "Reading House Series" - "Parents and Reading" - "The Writing Process" - "The Retiree Handbook" - "The Superwoman Syndrome" - "Stress Management" and "How to be a Teacher Author." Currently she's working on historical Regency romance series with a writing partner, a contemporary romance, and other books.
Pearl is an entertaining and knowledgeable speaker who's been honored as Woman of the Year by the Coalition of Labor Union Women, and by the YMCA as a Woman of Achievement. Pearl is active in several writers' organizations including Mystery Writers of America, Romance Writers of America, and NYC Sisters in Crime - she was one of their past presidents.
