Margaret Mendel has a Master's degree in marriage, family, and child counseling, and a Master of Fine Arts in Writing from Sarah Lawrence College. Her award winning stories have been published in various venues including literary journals.
Margaret is a past board member of Mystery Writers of America and is a reporter for the MWA New York Tri-State newsletter "The Noose," and the former chairperson of the MWA Mentor Program. She's also written a food column and numerous articles for a Bronx newspaper.
She's always had a love of photography, and also enjoys sewing, cooking and baking - apple pie is her specialty!
