This wonderful anthology of murder mysteries all set in bed and breakfast inns was written by The Final Twist: Cash Anthony, Betty Gordon, Diana L. Driver, John Foxjohn, Linda Houle, Pauline Baird Jones, Alexis Glynn Latner, Lisa René Smith, and Gayle Wigglesworth. It's great variety, something for everyone, including some ghost and a vampire story. I loved it.
