ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Anita Page has worked as a teacher and a freelance feature writer for a regional newspaper. Her short stories have appeared in Mouth Full of Bullets, Ball State University Forum, Heresies, and Jewish Horizons. She's written a mystery novel, a dark-edged cozy set in the Catskill Mountains. Anita is a member of Sisters in Crime, Mystery Writers of America, and the Short Mystery Fiction Society. She grew up in New York City in a Queens neighborhood similar to the one described in her story "The Lie." She has lived in the Mid-Hudson Valley for many years.
